I've been giving a lot of thought as of late when it comes to one of my OCs, specifically one of Rosenrot's adoptive daughters, Becky Weirs.

What was I planning? You might want to sit down for this one. Early on in the book, (like in Book One to be specific) there is a series of events in which...

The original plan was to have her act as a "guardian angel" to the others (in particular, Adam); that is, watch over, protect, give subconscious advice, etc. But I've been doing a lot of thought about this and considering just who Becky is based off of, I may not be able to go through with it.

The upside of letting her live is that mainly (and obviously) she wouldn't be dead. Also, she can become a more developed character and all that. Finally, I won't have the guilt of having to kill her off. But the downside is that the characters who are still alive will be put into several "It's us or them, kill or be killed" situations. And the real Becky would NEVER take another life, no matter what. I want to keep Becky's character as true to Christina (There. I said it) as possible, and murder (even in self defense) would be extremely out of character for her.

I have two different story boards written out and if worse comes to worst, I could be able to revamp her character and model her after on of my cousins or something of that nature. But what do you guys think?
